3rd Period, 4th Period, and 5th Period Instructions
  1. Get with a group ... you can share/split the work.
  2. Pull up your set of numbers for your class (3rd Period Numbers 4th Period Numbers 5th Period Numbers)
  3. Get out a blank sheet of paper.
  4. FIRST SET OF ANSWERS: Find the Mean, Median, Mode, and Standard Deviation of Sample Size 10 and write these numbers on a sheet of paper.
  5. SECOND SET OF ANSWERS: Find the Mean, Median, Mode, and Standard Deviation of Sample Size 20 and write these numbers on the same sheet of paper.
  6. THIRD SET OF ANSWERS: Find the Mean, Median, Mode, and Standard Deviation of Sample Size 30 and write these numbers on the same sheet of paper.
  7. FOURTH SET OF ANSWERS: Find the Mean, Median, Mode, and Standard Deviation of Sample Size 40 and write these numbers on the same sheet of paper.
  8. FIFTH SET OF ANSWERS: Find the Mean, Median, Mode, and Standard Deviation of The Entire Set of Numbers and write these on the same sheet of paper.
  9. CHART: Now use the Mean and the Standard Deviation of The Entire Set of Numbers to draw a Normal Distribution Curve on that same sheet of paper.
  10. Already have all your answers? Start here: Once you have all of these answers, each person in your group needs to separately go to the Goldfish Answer Sheet to enter your answers. (These will be the same answers for all of you, but each one of you needs to enter these in separately.)
  11. If you finish this, or are already finished with this, go to www.khanacademy.org and do the assigned lessons (or you can work on any level of Khan Academy).

We need to go over the Impostor Test today.  I would try every question on the Impostor Test before asking any questions. If you get to a question that you don't understand, put a question mark next to that one. You could still try it first, but if you get stuck, we can go over that today.

Here is a recording of Mr. Harmless going over the Impostor Test.
